A DAY IN THE LIFEAs an Account Executive you will report to the Head of Mulhall's Landscape and your primary focus will be winning commercial landscaping contracts - in line with our vision to be the most loved landscaping company in the Midwest.
Core accountabilities include:
Generate Leads- Identify and maintain a list of strategic target customers and properties- Participate in and lead company involvement in local trade organizations- Set up networking and social events to support meeting sales goals- Perform analysis of competitive landscape, including identifying key strengths and weaknesses- Champion the brand in all customer touchpoints Present Solutions- Establish strategies to connect with and a cadence of contacting key decisionmakers for target customers- Build and maintain trusted relationships with those key decisionmakers, discovering pain points and developing solutions- Build customized solutions-based proposals and presentations in line with our brand- Serve as prospective customer's contact from lead to onboarding- Hit specific activity benchmarks and record all lead and deal activities in our CRMClose Deals- Develop and negotiate contracts- Coordinate internally to ensure we meet proposal deadlines- Follow-up with customers regularly after formal presentation - Collaborate with branch teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new sales and a reaffirming onboarding experience- Actively participate in sales meetings to clearly communicate progress and share successes and failuresWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 3

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
