Business Intelligence Analyst
DescriptionWe are seeking mission-driven data lovers! Business Intelligence Analysts work closely with the mission support and operations teams by assisting in data analysis and building business intelligence dashboards and visualizations as needed.
You will be providing strategic input by building the story and narrative based on trends discovered by analyzing data.

Ability to partner with business SMEs and learn the business data areas as it relates to telling the story through data and/or making data-driven decisions.
Comprehend the business of Mosaic and how to contribute to the value of the business through descriptive and predictive analytics.
Meticulous about producing quality work and excellent communication skills.
Provide data analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various sources and data interpretation.
Support the development, optimization, and enhancement of dashboards and visualizations.
Sustain the maintenance of production dashboards.
Experienced in requirements analysis, building design specifications, technical and user documentation through interaction with internal and external customers.
Lead activities to help understand business objectives, assumptions and constraints related to a particular question/problem that can be solved with a data/reporting solution.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business with Data Analytics / Math / Engineering or another similar field.
Minimum 3 years of related experience Required.
Must be able to demonstrate experience in partnership with the business to design, develop, and tell the story through data.
Must be proficient in writing complex SQL, utilizing advanced Excel / Google Sheet functions and building PowerBI dashboards.
Must be proficient in gathering requirements.
Knowledge of data modeling is a plus.
