Responsibilitiesfor this position include, but are not limited to:
Good order review and processing of new business applications Data entry Document scanning Strong telephone skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Internal and external customer service via phone and email Calling insurance carriers to check status of applications and resolve enrollment issues Reviewing insurance carrier websites to build policy screens using our internal CRM system
Qualifications:
Ability to be organized and pay attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests.
Problem Solver with excellent documentation skills Customer Service Oriented Team Player Ability to perform and act professionally in all situations High sense of urgency Highly effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office 40 WPM minimum High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year or general insurance industry or related field (financial services, marketing, business-to-business customer service or call center, or sales people support) experience preferred Overtime will be required during Peak season (October - December) and as needed based upon any Industry changes that occur throughout the year Senior Market Sales, Inc.
