Client Service Support Specialist
Interactive Services is looking for a Client Services Support Specialist to be responsible for providing a consolidated point of contact as well as basic troubleshooting for platform issues. This awesome individual will respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries from clients and internal teams and provide basic troubleshooting. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills to escalate issues to appropriate internal resources as needed and create and/or follow documentation on issues. You will need to be able to work a flexible day time shift including weekends.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a phone based client service position required, preferably in a help desk or technical support role
Technical Knowledge
Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows platform and web based applications required
Minimum 1 year experience with customer relationship management software (e.g., Oncontact, etc.) preferred
Other
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook required
Ability to work early morning and night hours may be required
