Job Description
First Data has created strong relationships with financial institutions throughout the world to assist them with various aspects of transaction processing. Our Output Services team supports these financial institutions by producing credit cards and statements for their customers. We're now recruiting for a Team production Operator I who will provide support in creating these products on behalf of the financial institutions.
As a Team Production Operator I, the support you provide could range from gathering materials and delivering them on the production floor to sorting mail by zip code. Since our environment requires that you stand 95% of your shift and lift 25-50 pounds, we're looking for someone with previous production and/or warehouse experience. Our clients rely on us to execute these tasks flawlessly, so accuracy and attention to detail are imperative.

Job Specific Responsibilities
You will utilize computers to track progress on your jobs, so previous PC experience is desired. Additionally, you will be working in a team environment, where collectively, you'll be working towards the same production and quality goals. Therefore, we're looking for someone who works well in a team environment, is flexible, professional and willing to help others. Our facility is open24 hours/7 days a week so we do look for new employees that are flexible to work on various shifts. First Data will train you thoroughly and help you through your first weeks to ensure you are comfortable operating the equipment.
Candidate Requirements
High School Education or equivalent. You will need to stand 96% of your shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail, good communication skill, ability to add and subtract, dependability, and flexibility, computer experience are also required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills required. Previous machine and/or production experience preferred. Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
