The Customer Contact Center is looking for a professional and motivated Part Time Temporary Customer Call Center Operator. This individual will process phone calls from both within and outside of the companies in a professional and courteous manner to contribute to efficient Customer Call Center and Company operations.
Qualified candidates should consider the following when applying for this position. Benefits for the temporary assignment include 401K participation, paid vacation, holidays and overtime! Their are 2 shifts available for this position.
Shift one: Monday, 9:00-3:00; Tuesday through Friday, 9:00-2:00. Shift two: Monday, 11:00-5:00; Tuesday through Friday 12:00-5:00
Contributes to the achievement of business objectives by living Mutual's Values for Success.
Process phone calls from both within and outside of the companies, determining correct course of action based on factual information obtained from the caller and logical assumptions. Answer and direct calls within established service levels using experience and sound judgement in determining handling for each call. Transfer calls and take accurate and complete messages in a prompt and courteous manner.
Monitor, assist and direct incoming personnel in a professional manner, ensuring appropriate access.
Maintain customer relations and provide a professional Company image by effectively handling the challenges presented by dissatisfied or irate customers.
Resolve complaints, including escalated situations, and ensure the Companies are represented during all contacts in a manner which depicts quality service.
Complete all other project and administrative duties as assigned.
