Description:
The successful candidate will function as an integral part of the program management office providing administrative support to the PMO, Functional Area, Managers and other stakeholders on the C4I Infrastructure design project for the new HQ USSTRATCOM building on Offutt AFB, NE. The person in this position will work with government provided tools and processes to assist in the integration of all engineering and design activities to ensure schedules are met and the required documents are delivered.
The successful candidate will have a track record of success in supporting complex, technical programs and be responsible for the following:
Interfacing and managing relationships with customers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Recording and posting minutes from design meetings concerning policy & decisions
Updating & maintaining organization SharePoint portal with current status on project initiatives.
Assist in maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS & Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) supporting engineering & design efforts
Monitoring progress of strategic directives from the Program Manager & Chief Engineer to functional staff with respect to technical, schedule and cost challenges.
Assist in developing, tracking and reporting of progress metrics of deliverables
Provide support for configuration management activities of all design artifacts.
Tracking and reporting issues and actions with schedule impact potential
Assist in the development and procurement of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Master Parts Lists (MPL) items.
Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND
Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7
years related experience.
