Purpose Statement
Responsible for supporting and reporting the sales/production efforts of the department and for meeting or exceeding sales and service objectives and goals. Secondary responsibility includes monitoring/reporting of CBT adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Hours: M - F 10AM - 7PM; overtime required during high volumes; flexibility preferred
Essential Job Functions
1. Provides administrative support for the department by handling mail and fax routing, schedule writing, attendance tracking, writing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes, and maintaining department organization.
2. Monitors all consumer loan applications and ensures disclosures are issues within 3 days of application
3. Monitors external Web Applications and assigns appropriate MLO information
4. Reviews and verifies all referral/incentive for phone specialists on a quarterly basis.
5. Coordinates the phone and paper application survey process for the team.
6. Monitors and assigns Lease End Management applications to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner.
7. Tracks and Reports on a variety of duties: FRLO''s (Takedowns), Maturing Loans, Great Plains Retention.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education or Equivalent Experience
Associate''s degree required
Required Experience
2 or more years of experience in financial services/banking industry
3 or more years of experience in administrative support
Administrative/Technical Skills/ Other Information
Very good knowledge of call center environment, sales support and customer service
Very good knowledge of bank operational policies and procedures
Very good knowledge of banking and sales techniques preferred
Very good knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook preferred
Detail oriented
Proficient and accurate in data-entry
Excellent Time Management
Good written communications
Level Supervised

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
