Essential Functions: Assist the coordinator of the IDEAS Room in the delivery of technical, library, and customer services. This includes: assisting students and faculty with computers-hardware and software; checking library materials in/out; cataloging and filing new materials; maintaining computers and other equipment.
Schedule: Variable hours around class schedule. No work when classes not in session. Possible Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm; Resource library open 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Responsibilities: Strong communication skills, good computer skills, willing to work independently or as a team, punctual and reliable, able to follow through on instructions without direct supervision. Previous customer service experience. Enrollment in the College of Education. Ability to work early mornings (7:30 a.m.) and/or late afternoons/evenings and potential for Saturday a.m.
