Assure prompt and courteous handling of customer inquiries, requests and problems. Coordinate communication with railroad personnel to meet customer needs. Accurately document train movement, railcar inventory and shipping schedules. Maintain customer correspondence and record files.

Perform Clerical Activities.
Logically evaluate information to determine an appropriate course of action for resolving a problem.
Accurately record information without errors and prepare concise documents.
Qualifications
Must have the ability to communicate with others.
Must be proficient in the use of general office equipment.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to type at 35 words per minute at 85% accuracy.
Bachelor''s degree.

The team coordinates with other UP departments to ensure resources and strategies are in place to meet commitments to the customer while developing new business.
