Senior Employment Litigation Counsel
Duties: Will be responsible for providing day-to-day employment law counseling and advice to entire U.S. organization. Represent the Company in labor and employment matters filed with state and federal agencies. Retain, manage, and assist outside counsel for litigation or other matters as needed. Manage employment-related litigation. Keep informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the Company, and assist with development of policies and training as needed. Reports to Assistant General Counsel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
