development and management company, is seeking a professional, enthusiastic addition to our Payroll/Benefits. This detailed oriented person would serve as the
administrative
assistant to the benefits and payroll department in our Corporate offices in the Regency area of Omaha.
Responsibilities include assisting the department manager with administration of employee benefits plans; including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, 401K Plans, FMLA, COBRA, and Workers Compensation, assisting with bi-weekly payroll when needed, providing general administrative support for department, and all other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree or 3 years administrative experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and have a the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Past experience in payroll/benefits is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
