Understand and adhere to all bank policy, laws and regulations applicable to role. 5. Understand and comply with the bank's BSA/AML Program, which includes, but is not limited to the following: a) Complying with the bank's Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence Policy; b) Identifying, monitoring and reporting suspicious activity; c) Completing BSA/AML training in a timely manner as directed by management. 6. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
